Patches are showing still that were looked at some while ago ( several months ago ) but they don't seem to disappear from recently looked at

Hi, when I view/work others patches these stay on my dashboard. Are you able to remove this after a week?

It saves time having to pick them out as if already is order of high to low officers can just deal with them one after another quickly.

All residents in my patch were in the contact recommended list, showing that housing benefit had not been received on the 4th. This is not the case at the payments were received according to Work Wise. Please look into it. Thank you
