creating excel spreadsheet from action lists will assist with filtering cases with similar rules and assist with contacting by letters and email and keep a running commentary (added by user on spreadsheet) to make managing cases efficient.

Is there a opportunity to create a combined report showing outstanding cases for all of the team rather than viewing individual patches in the current week - if there is already this option which report is it?

Could all high arrears cases eg over 2k (ones recommended for contact and not) also present in an additional worktray for team leaders so they can compliance check these cases on a weekly basis with out taking ownership of the case away from the o...

the income management officers would benefit save them going into the advance caselist to find cases

Its useful because we could ensure that we are checking live court orders more regularly for missed payments. We could react to them quicker and have more of a chance in them being brought up-to-date.

Hi It'd be a useful tool to have rules which are set by the weeks the accounts are unactioned. Which combines all contact rules into one and is based on the age of the last action. I.E. 3 week unactioned rule, 2 week unactioned rule, etc. Thanks Rose
