We wanted to suggest a small improvement that would make a big difference to our work. It would be really helpful if Rentsense could show the exact amount a tenant has broken their repayment arrangement by.

Set up of repayment arrangements function in rent sense, instead of through the housing management system, which is often difficult to set and does not accurately monitor the arrangement.

Any workflow system should offer staff (and more importantly managers) the ability to reassign/reallocate work between work trays at the touch of a button to cater for staff absences or to help with backlogs or prioritise particular pieces of work.

I think a lot of users would benefit from this - I myself can find Rentsense a bit of a strain on the eyes due to how white it all is. I love the lay out and find it very user-friendly on the whole, the only thing I think would enhance it owuld be...

To ensure that if account remains in arrears, there is continuity when re-issuing is required. It can get missed and would avoid starting arrears process from stage 1.

Would we be able to have a feature where we can set up a scheduled text message as a reoccurring action. I.e. a regular non payer can get a text the day before their DD is due (1st) to remind them that the direct debit will request tomorrow
