I agree to ive asked a few times for a calendar to be added rather than the number of days
Could we include a date picker instead of the user having to add number of days? This way it's easier for the user to view when the 'on hold' will be lifted.
totally agree a lot of cases just trip over 28 days , they appear back in queue before payment due.
28 days mean that it will come off hold before a monthly payment is due to come in.
and a calendar function so we can just click a date that we want to hold it until
