Awaabs Law Dashboard - Notes Tab on Hazards

I have recieved some feedback from Kerry Barker at Greatwell to ask if a notes tab can be added to the Hazards list. These notes are made against cases in PCM by the planners and she is asking if they could be brought accross into the inidividual hazards. (file attached to show location). The notes are against the case/address not individual jobs. If this is not possible could a link to the address within PCM be added so users can move to and from the cases?
