A suspend function, like the hold function combined with the complete case function. We ask rent sense to not recommend a tenants account until a specific date. This may be different for other businesses using rent sense, but for us, placing a hold on an account does not count towards how many accounts we have completed, its lost work. We have worked on it, we have reviewed it and have decided we do not need to contact the tenant right now. They have made a sufficient payment this month already and we need to wait until next month to review their next payment. We take the time to review the account once and never have to look at it again until we know we need to plus we get the credit for the work we have done.
Hi @Guest . On-Hold cases are included in the 'Actioned' statistics as of June last year. All areas of the system now refer to 'Actioned' which constitutes 'Completed' + 'On-Hold', so you can use on-hold safe in the knowledge you will get full credit for it!
Additionally, if you put it on-hold for more than a week, you will get 'Actioned' status for each week which closes whilst the recommendation is still on-hold (so not just for the week when you actually placed the hold).
