Highligh cases in different colours.

Just as much as Rent Officers are able to hold cases (which do not require immedate attention), Rent Officer should be able to Highlight cases in different colours for upto 28 days.

So cases where urgent deadlines have to be met for Court Action can be highlighted in Deep Reds - where intense focus is required.

Cases can be highlighted by Rent Officers in Orange for regular attention due to lack of enggement but not requiring intense focus

Cases of less intensity where a payment is required can be put on hold until payment date but highlighted in Green (colour of money)
