Additional Rent Tray for Team Leaders for high cases

Could all high arrears cases eg over 2k (ones recommended for contact and not) also present in an additional worktray for team leaders so they can compliance check these cases on a weekly basis with out taking ownership of the case away from the officer

    @Guest This is available in the Advanced Caselist. You can specify an arrears range and open up all other filters to get the information you want. If you would like any training on this, please contact your CSM.
