HOLD BUTTON

I use the Hold Button for accounts that pay monthly, or we get UC & RA, where we don't need to see them etc , however we do have other cases where we could use the Hold Button, ie deceased, tenancy terminating, ASB legal, pending court etc maybe we could look at having the option to identify why on hold?
