When using the advanced case list to work from, it would be helpful to see who the case was processed by. I often find daily processing hides work I had planned, it may not be arrears action but could be a follow up conversation or require some admin for compliance. To be able to easily identify, immediately, who has worked a case would be helpful. Currently I think we have to wait for the weekly reports in order to find this data, or search case by case but often that can be too late or too time consuming to complete.

You can search completed cases in advanced caselist using the filters. Then viewing tenancy details.
