To have new tenancies present the week after they sign up and not waiting 7 days

Currently if a tenant signs up on a Tuesday they will not present in new tenants tray until 2 weeks after due to 7 days waiting. We would like it to present as soon as possible so that we can ensure rent payment is set up correctly and get support in if needed.
