RepairSense Escalations Filter

Add in subcontractor/inhouse filter to escalations configuration as currently can only set up based on area or trade. We need to be able to drill tis down further to split between the internal and external jobs as usually two different roles in an organisation will manage, this will also help with ROI for subcontractors.

The example I have is CHP who have raised this as an issue. All of their blockages are sent to a drainage contractor and these jobs are mapped as 'plumbing' so they can run through the repeater model. The plumbing supervisor who deals with the inhouse team only is recieving all of the subcontractor jobs and is having to forward to another colleague. If we can configure to trade then inhouse/contractor then we could set up two different roles for escalaton emails.
