Tenants may have multiple issues they are facing that impacts their ability to pay. These may be legal history, repairs issues, third party involvement, asb, bedroom tax, benefit cap, etc. It would be great to have a score that better reflected the likelihood of someone needing support based on affordability but also capability / competency.
