I used to be able to search "John" all the Johns would come up, then I would search for "Smith" all the John Smiths came up and I was able to find the one I was looking for. Now you can only search "John" but not do a second search for all John Smiths. Searching John Smith doesn't always work as they may have a middle name and if you don't include the middle name in the initial search the information doesn't show.
